The golf course at Heritage Hills first opened for play in 1917. The course remained in operation until 2009 other than during a brief period in the 1940s because of World War II. The course, previously private, reopend as a public vpurse in 2011.
This course has hilly fairways, and some fast, undulating greens. A few of the greens and tees are elevated.
Par for the course is 70. From the back tees the course plays to 6,236 yards. From the foward tees the course plays to 4,777 yards. The longest hole on the course is # 13, a par-5 that plays to 580 yards. The shortest hole on the course is # 8, a par-3 that plays to 156 yards from the back tees.
Watch out for # 15, a 415 yard par-4 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course. The easiest hole at Heritage Hills Golf Course is # 12, a 149 yard par-3.

Heritage Hills personnel are absolutely fantastic. Course is in great shape, although tough is a little spotty in places. Shouldn't be there, but was on occasion. Recommend this course, very strongly.
